Review of Postnatal Ward - WXH
written by a patient
27th March 2016
Some of the staff were very attentive and took their time with us - I didn't feel like I was a nuisance when asking questions about my care or that of my daughter, however, some staff were very unhelpful and seemed uninterested and annoyed about being at work and dealing with patients.
The layout of the ward is such that you cannot get to know the other person as the curtain are always drawn for privacy but you get to know them through being able to hear everything through the curtains. Perhaps this something that could be addressed - no privacy.
