The good thing I think when you get good care is when you remember their names. During my time here I've had such good care from sister Sandra and a very lovely midwifery student Sheila.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone on Mulberry ward for their exceptional attitude towards taking care of me and the baby. The whole team were proactive even in difficult situations. Under promise - but over deliver!! From labor ward - to Mulberry. Due to induction then emergency C section the medical team - midwife team highly delivered a service beyond what was required. Special thanks to all the midwives, include Elizabeth and her team. Also Gemini in labor ward. Truly have exceptional well trained dedicated staff - Highly appreciated my 8 day stay.
Everything is fine. I was taken good care so as the baby. Only thing I feel sorry for not getting private suite as hospital has stopped giving.
Good staff but need more cleaning like toilets. And food is very important to improve.
Staff more needed.
The staff checked on me but never came back once I need care.
It was good that we had individual rooms, it was good that we were provided with expert help such as a visit by the breastfeeding expert when I couldn't breastfeed.
Noise levels have to decreased our neighbour (22) had loud guests for hours, it became a social event for them. It was very unsettling all round for a new mum to be exposed to loud noise in general, ward is too noisy.
