The staff are polite and the waiting times are reduced also.
The seating area could be improved.
Waited 2 hours with patient who has Alzheimer, still waiting white writing this- applies administration appointment was at 10:35 its now 12:25.

I fractured my shoulder in November last year. I had emergency surgery and the orthopedic team did a great job in spitting and fixing a complicated injury. So I have no problems with the surgical care I received. The staff in the plaster room were fantastic but the after care since has been awful.
Why don't the doctors automatically request an X ray for your next appointment. If they think it necessary, instead of waiting an hour to see a doctor only to be told to wait for X ray.

After not being able to get through to the fracture clinic on the phone to book an appointment for my 3 year old daughter, I came in to see someone. Unfortunately amazing gentleman John Field helped the me though he had his coat on ready to go home. True to his ward, he called me at 8:30 this morning and had found me an appointment. Above and beyond!
When you came to the reception desk area 2 the staff were not welcoming I was not acknowledged at all I was ignored by the staff member sitting at the computer I had to ask him who do I need to see not professional at all.

consultant was very good.
Waiting time for blood test has been 2 hours and still 30 patients before me.
