All nurses are kind and caring.
Norah Mawoza was excellent very helpful, professional, caring but waited about 2 hrs for porter to take me for blood test. Decided to go home pain and tried and felt nurse Mawoza should not take me for a blood test, I'll do it outside later. Then I would have to wait for 30 mins for transport they came 16:55. Given cup of tea and 2 biscuits. First appointment consultation.
Meeting and introduction to the consultant.
Made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure.

Nice team.
Everything good, thank you!
It's a frightening experience coming into hospital and the nursing staff become the most important people in your life while you are there. The staff on Cedar ward have been caring and considerate and have made me feel safe. They also greet you with a smile and treat you as a human being. The day shift on March 29 are particularly good at this. They work well together as a team and there is friendly banter between them. They are extremely professional and caring.
