On 9 February arrived at 12.30 for a blood test and was about to register when a nurse came out to say that they were closed. I pointed out that the website said they closed at 1.00. She answered that they close at 12.25 and was about to lock up. I left and the door was locked behind me. As I left 2 people turned up but were unable to gain access. I am sure that this not the kind of service that you intend to provide.
