Pain clinic. Excellent care from consultant Mr Peter Keough very clear and understandable consultation. Very informative and helpful with referrals being made, felt very involved in course of treatment and options. Good experience with nurse Carol and receptionists. Very dissatisfied in general with hospital in regards to finding the clinic. Arrived at main entrance 11.15 am for 11.30 am appt it took me half an hour of walking through the hospital, asking 11 members of staff directions, most of the staff had not heard of the pain clinc and the 3 who had, sent me in 3 different directions. Ended up late for my appt, feeling anxious, stressed and ready to just leave hospital.
