Clinicians were all fab. The only thing which let down the visit was reception didn't acknowledge me so I wasn't sure I was at the right place. Went 3 times in 2 days same thing. Also one person stood in the window in front of me on the computer but ignored me until somebody else called me over. Could have just told me where to go.
