My appointment date was incorrect on the system and unfortunately staff were unaware of this. Luckily I was able to wait until the doctor was consulted and I was able to be slotted onto the end of the clinic. Improvement could be made in terms of department communication and liaising between relevant staff members, so as to ensure a smoother service.
