I had a miscarriage and was at your hospital where I was registered. The care I received in the EGU was amazing However since then I have received letters regarding up and coming appointments. I have called the "Purple team" to inform them. I didn't attend my 12 week scan as it happened the day before, I now have a letter about my next scan - yet what I can't understand is how it is impossible for you to update the system. Yet just send me reminders that are heart breaking. Not to mention NO ONE ever answers the phone... I have called now 9x and it just rings. ... how am I supposed to inform you or cancel an appointment if no one picks up the line? If you have a help line answer it - and if someone miscarries at your hospital, don't keep sending them appointments.
