Haleema delivered my baby. Although I do not doubt her 30 years experience and knowledge of her job, she worked with a student midwife Lucy and constantly be littled her throughout the day. Haleema may be right in her direction to Lucy but she was rude in her mannerisms and it was unprofessional. I don't think she realizes or intends to do this. But it interfered with her focus on me the patient and undermined Lucy.
