I attended clinic today... Easter Saturday. It was an extra clinic added in which meant I had an appointment earlier than expected. Although there was a long wait with many ungrateful people swearing and moaning we were kept informed politely and in a timely manner. I saw Mr Andrews who has a wonderful 'bedside manner' and couldn't have been any more helpful if he tried. Communication with other departments disappointingly has to be done through me which takes time however I have only had exceptional treatment at this hospital for which I am eternally grateful.
