Nicola Pallas- superb nurse, very impressed, efficient, friendly and upbeat, plus was very accommodating and one of the best nurses I have come across at Whipps Cross Hospital. I felt I was in safe hands with her. Her co-worker was helpful and upbeat. The staff on our ward (Majda) were excellent, they made such a positive impact on the day.
