Everything was fine but for 1 serious matter, the appointment form warns you to come prepared to give a flow-test this does not mean one is planned. The nurse tells you at arrival if one is needed. However nobody tells you that a flow test is not needed. So you turn up full of urine and waiting for perhaps an hour before the appointment when you are told by the doctor that a test is not needed. An hour of painful waiting full of urine because nobody is told to tell you that you are wasting your time. I asked on arrival if a test was needed (as stated in the letter). Nobody was available to tell me. This is a small admin matter but painful for the patient.
