I went to Whipps Cross A and E on Sunday 11 Feb around 615, and was very grateful for the attention I had there, from all those I saw there -starting with reception and registration. The only point I recommend for improvement: some of the number indicators were not working, although I was told to listen for my number being called, I did not here it above the other noises ( announcements, patients on phones etc.) fortunately another patient, quite soon, saw my number and told me it had been called The person in Minor injuries, and Mario the nurse practitioner, were very attentive in examining me, and explaining their conclusions. Thanks to all concerned.
