Lauren at A and E (nurse) was wonderful, reassuring, professional, used her initiative ie: rather than wait for bloods to be requested knowing next they would be required, put in cannula took Sats etc. If all staff were as efficient and proactive it would negatively unnecessary delays. Improvement required. One of the nurses didn't check to band before administering meds, not advise as to what meds were even on request had to be encourage to identify them.
