I am very sorry to say nothing is great about this service and there is nothing I liked about this service. They tried to send me home the day after my operation with a colostomy bag dragging along the ground, poking out of the bottom of my trouser leg. They had given me instructions on how to empty it, but I am afraid I could not remember how to do this when my daughter asked me. My daughter spotted that things were not right with me when she came to take me home. She called for a doctor, who did come quite quickly and it was found out after testing that I had pneumonia, sepsis and a urine infection. I live alone and the hospital knew this. Eventually they let me stay in for a week.
