I visited the hospital on the 21/3. I was treated so well by all the staff I came into contact with, having been there for a few hours at 2 outpatient appointments, for a pre-op and follow up with my consultant. The care and above and beyond attitude I experienced was first class and I can’t thank them enough for making me feel so comfortable and totally cared for during my visit. I’ll be having a minor op soon and I feel like I’ll be in the best hands at Whipps. The only downfall to this hospital is if you don’t know where your going you willl end up getting lost, so the regeneration cannot come soon enough and I’m sure the staff agree! Give them a nice hospital to do the amazing job they do.
