Not local to were I live
Was given lots of useful advice and exercises!
My physiotherapist was [name removed], introduced himself when he came out to get me, made me feel welcome, put me at ease, kept me informed as to what I could expect, how my symptoms would be managed, together we completed some tests, asked if I had questions, advised how and when to complete the prescribed stretching exercises.
Actual treatment was good.
I would prefer that the sound on the televisions was turned off/subtitles on - it is very distracting when trying to read (during 20 minute wait).
Extremely professional, kind and efficient service which always makes you feel at ease! Thank you!
Excellent service from a very cheerful [name removed]. I felt I was treated as an individual and [name removed] showed a genuine interest in my needs and progress, she was very motivational. Appointment on time. Follow up email link very prompt, clear and helpful.
:( ;(
Good experience, clear advice, professional but friendly.
On this occasion there was a short wait though usually it is a long one.
The staff are always kind
