Listened to my issues. Had a good handle on my day to day problems. Suggested solutions.

Had some”ultrasound “ treatment during physio last year. Did help but wasn’t sure if hands on treatment was available.

The physio I visited was patient, kind, listened and offered sensible advice for me to follow. She subsequently followed up very quickly with a referral for surgery on my knee. Excellent service delivered with care and kindness. Thank you!

[name removed] the physiotherapist is brilliant. She is kind and understanding but also very knowledgeable.

Have a consultant presence for fracture clinic because it’s an absolute nightmare going to RBH every time. I understand initial consultation at RBH but follow up x-rays & consultation at West Berks would be so much better. It’s almost an hour each way with traffic & zero parking which is very problematic with a broken leg!
