[name removed] had a professional and thorough approach to my hip problem. Arrangements made for a hip x-ray which I had done same afternoon. Options discussed for the best way forward which I found reassuring. Overall an excellent service from all involved.

[name removed] is a very kind young man. He dressed my foot explaining the process as he went. My foot has been very comfortable since my appointment and I look forward to seeing him next week.

Having waited since February this appointment duplicated the previous assessment appointment and focussed on some remedial balance exercises I could have been given in April.

The bulk of the appointment was spent cutting and pasting responses from previous appointment into a new document with a greater focus on covering the paperwork than exploring gait and capability to maximise solutions. A very capable and experienced physio who I think is limited in treatment and therapy opportunity by the level of bureaucracy-

Staff at Donnington ward were cheerful, friendly, monitored me well, picked up when my blood pressure dropped and I needed support, I felt safe and well looked after following a bad experience at Wokingham hospital. All staff were great including kitchen assistants, Health workers, nurses & doctors/practitioners, physios etc

Appointment on time, very pleasant physiotherapist ([name removed]), really clear about which exercises I need to do, very empathetic and personable. Generally everything was very professional and I felt very well looked after. Follow up email and appointment came through quickly.
