As a Warfin patient I a frequently attending WBCH the care is always outstanding I always get an appointment and do not have to wait long. Very satisfied with the care I receive.

The names on the screen in me phlebotomy reception could be larger quite difficult to see!

I arrived early however was able to be squeezed in earlier cover hour as I thought appointment was at 13:00 hours where it was actually at 13:50. Thank you no complaints from me.
