My Physiotherapist [name removed] is great and really listens to my issues. I would prefer an additional appointment inbetween my next scheduled one - personally I feel that 4 weeks is a long time to continue physio in my own before seeing her again.

Went in to have a abscess looked at on my bottom. Showed them a picture of the infection. Not allowed to be treated because it was not an, “accident,” but as I thought it was a emergency so I was in the correct place. Went to my doctors who put a new pad on and now seems to be getting better. Your negative help when you had no clients was surprising. I look forward to your reply. [name removed].

From the very beginning both people who treated me went over and above , excellent

The gentleman receptionist was a bit brusque, perhaps an off day, because everyone else was exceptional. Also it took 18 months from seeing the doctor to getting physio
