Great experience on this occasion, professional, empathic, positive session.
Knowledgeable and caring staff who were totally committed and who listened to my comments
Brilliant treatment by very skilled and patient nurse, who was near the end of her shift but refused to go home till everyone was seen a real star ! It was very evident that the department was under pressure with a one hour overrun but I could not fault the treatment ( A re dressing of a failed dressing from an operation the previous day , big toe fusion very painful ) The staff are an inspiration to us all and a credit to the NHS. Big thank you from me.
Everything went very well with all aspects, caring. staff from reception to the clinician.
A lot of useful information, and ongoing help.
Thank you.
Great friendly service. We are very fortunate to have WBCH nearby
Great, friendly, efficient service.
WBCH sets the standard Swindon or Reading hospitals should aspire to.
The physiotherapist was quite efficient in asking me questions and knowledgable of his work. He has contacted me by email with some exercises to improve my well being.
