I was treated with kindness and empathy. I was encouraged not pushed to do my exercises and felt very comfortable to tell my physio if I was struggling with anything. She was very good at her job.

I can’t think of anything that would have improved my experience at the hospital Thank you so much.

The physios at Thatcham Community Hospital are friendly yet professional and informative and helpful in explaining treatment. Additionally the paperwork, contact, and department staff are very efficient and responsive.

All good, only observation: perhaps acknowledge people in queue by nodding or similar If held up on telephone call. It helps, not least with people who may perhaps be apprehensive.

Very good experience. However because of lack of staff I could not book an ongoing consultation For preventive treatment.

Recruit and employ more staff.

I was hugely impressed by this well organised and efficient hospital. From entering where I spoke to the receptionist on the confusing instructions on paying for the parking to the processing through the physiotherapy department I saw nothing but an efficiently well run organisation with staff who were clearly on top of their job. The physiotherapist was excellent she carried out the necessary tests to discover the extent of my troubles and then gave straightforward advice on how things could be improved with the exercises she gave me. I have a further appointment in six weeks and I am clear that if I have not done the exercises there will be little difference and I will have been waisting my time and everyone else’s. This is exactly what we need to hear from an overstretched and much abused NHS. What an excellent facility this and we are so lucky to have it.

My only issue is the parking notices. It is confusing to be told you pay as you leave when normally you clock in and receive a ticket. The instructions might include that the car registration is recorded on entry and no paperwork is required. But it is not a huge issue as once visited the system is remembered. Otherwise a most impressive and efficient hospital

We visited minor injuries at 3pm today and met a lovely ? Nurse who couldn't have been more delightful and helpful. It was her wedding anniversary. It was arranged for me to attend at 7.20pm today which I did when I was treated by [name removed] [name removed] whom was hugely professional and a breath of fresh air and couldn't have been more helpful and understanding If this is a sample of the NHS then I will back it all the way, but sadly it isn't always like this, although generally the staff are brilliant when struggling to keep the show on the road!
