Although I still have the issues of Back Spasms, [name removed] the physiotherapist has tried different exercises for me to try. He very understanding to my concerns and has recommended further types of routine tasks. Hopefully these will enable me to relieve the pain I am having.
Physiotherapist [name removed], knowledgeable and understanding. At the same time was able to motivate me to do more eg running. Was impressed that instead of just a chat and then given some exercises [name removed] took time to assess what was going on with my knee.
