Not enough waling practice. I read 3 books- time I could have been practicing to walk.

Taken to Gym in wheelchair instead of walking (on sticks or frame) have used aids since 2015, when I had my other hip re praised.

I have been coming for most of this year for ongoing problems with my knees & although they are much better with the exercises I’ve been given. I still have pain which is probably an ongoing problem. So has been decided I carry on with my weight loss& exercise given & be discharged from the clinic as they’ve has done as much as he can

I have had to reschedule a couple of appointments due to being self employed & working away for days at a time. Not knowing when I’m going to get work means I have had to change dates. I have given as much notice as I can & see this as rescheduling appoinments not cancelling but was told I’d cancelled two appoinments & that usually meant they’d not make anymore appoinments for a repeat offender. The last lady was pretty rude that I spoke too. I’m having these appoinments because I have a problem & also I need income so cancelling a weeks work away for my appointment was & is not viable. I understand how busy the department is but always have plenty of notice.
