Procedures could be changed to have a questionnaire emailed for the update as a lot of appointment was telling rather than receiving info. Alternatively the appointment time could be longer so the patient can have a more relaed and less. Speedy received of info. I appreciate the system restraints and its not the therapist but the time pressures and the appointment time currently has to allow the therapist to update too, so time is divided.
