I was treated with kindness by my physiotherapist. Every exercise was carefully explained and I was able to practise. I did not feel at all rushed. Very important for me, I was greeted on time and didn't have to wait, which increases anxiety for me. It was easy to make the next appointment with flexibility on days and times.

Both Physiotherapists were very kind, especially [name removed].
I got treatment very quickly and it was great to see them offering appointments through a full working day (early morning into the evening) so that valuable facilities were not left unused.

Offer an exercise class in Hungerford to avoid a weekly journey into Newbury
