I want other people to be cared for like I was.
Lack of communication between Reading and Newbury hospital and nurses not knowing by my situation. .
[name removed] has been very patient and helpful over my treatment
The receptionist [name removed] was very helpful an her advice was extremely helpful although I wasn’t seen in the hospital
On time talked to and could understand and told what I need to do to improve
I was treated with kindness by my physiotherapist. Every exercise was carefully explained and I was able to practise. I did not feel at all rushed. Very important for me, I was greeted on time and didn't have to wait, which increases anxiety for me. It was easy to make the next appointment with flexibility on days and times.
.
Felt thoroughly comfortable and understood by my Physio and he’s given me the.confidence and clear instruction to follow my programme and improve.
Both Physiotherapists were very kind, especially [name removed].
I got treatment very quickly and it was great to see them offering appointments through a full working day (early morning into the evening) so that valuable facilities were not left unused.
[name removed] looked after me with care and first class professionalism. Thank you so much.
