Physio ([name removed]) was very friendly and had a very clear understanding of my hip problems. Provided very clear exercise instruction sheets and very promptly contacted GO to push the process along.

I have had a brain illness called Encephalitis and I was very patiently given huge support and kindness.

I was extremely depressed about my current health state and in particular my knee. Both [name removed] and [name removed] have made me feel comfortable in discussing my concerns, advising me on a 'way forward' and a by giving me a suitable physio programme. They are both very caring and compassionate and I felt totally at ease with them, which has made conversation very easy.
