I thought they were great. I was seen very quickly and the podiatrist was really helpful. Top marks I’d say.

I have pannick attacks adhd, so I’m made to feel comfortable. Thank you to all of the Reseption staff, theywere on the ball ![name removed] (physiotherapist ) was brilliant ! however I still believe physiotherapy will not fix my injury as I’m constantly in pain and I’m doing all of the exercises!!
I was treated with care and understanding and made to feel I mattered.
Very professional
Always friendly and helpful also clean and tidy
[name removed] was brilliant in questioning and listened to my babbling answers and, somehow, managed to work out what is happening to my arm!
Waiting time was not too long, the nurse I saw took time to take a good history and listen to me before even looking at my injury. That made me feel that she was interested in me and what had happened. I needed an x-ray and this was arranged and completed very quickly and easily, then when I returned to MIU I saw the same nurse who discussed my x-ray and what it showed, and we discussed the best treatment and resolution of the injury. The nurse was helpful, caring, knowledgeable and I felt she was happy to spend as long as needed to resolve the problem. A very easy and helpful experience.
Over 60 minutes wait for a blood test sign said 40 minutes wait Appreciate that staff shortages can’t be helped but not a good experience
