I have been in a lot of hospitals over the lat 18 months and this was second only to the national spinal injury centre at stroke mandeville- much better than Workingham.
Suggested improvements
Food! 1) Provide butter instead of spreads (only hospital I have every known not to).
2) Finely chopped veg do not constitute a soup. You need to us a blender to create a smooth puree for it to be soup.
3) Mashed 'potato' with everything is very unimaginative.

Everything was very satisfactory. All staff, and cleaners etc very helpful and friendly I was very well looked after.

Excellent patient care by the physiotherapist who listened to my concerns and offered treatments to meet my needs.
Care was taken to guide me through exercises to ensure I was doing them correctly.
The physiotherapist has excellent clinical and patient care skills
