I was given thorough information about my condition and all my questions were answered satisfactorily.

It would have been more convenient to be seen more locally at Reading, but I accepted an appt in Newbury, to avoid lengthy delays

I was listened to and treated with such kindness and professionalism. I felt relaxed and completely at ease. I was seen on time and didn't feel rushed. overall it was a very relaxing and pleasant experience.

Really taken seriously previous experience and opinion of physio at surgery. Access to [name removed] and detail of tight hip replacement both of which were unavailable
Accepting my assertion at commencement of assessment that I did not believe physio would help.
