Staff were attentive
I felt listened to.
Appointment went very well
A huge thank you to [name removed] in the WBCH physio dept. She has so much knowledge and people skills, looking at the whole person. I feel so grateful to have been treated by her, she really listened to me and help me understand my body better.
Also thankyou to [name removed] for his excellent assessment and advising me to have the sessions with [name removed].
We are so lucky to have such an amazing service on our door step. A heart felt thankyou from a very happy patient.
I bring my elderly friend, [name removed], on a regular basis for blood tests and we always receive excellent care by all the staff (including the ladies in the tea bar). I recommend patients have a cuppa before they go in, it helps the blood flow!
Last week we had other appointments at the hospital, so it was a bit of a logistical nightmare matching them up. We were an hour early for the blood test and the staff were just leaving for lunch, however, they kindly said they'd squeeze [name removed] in. We were so grateful to everyone concerned. From my experiences at other hospitals this wouldn't have happened. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ALL THE STAFF. Best wishes [name removed] and [name removed]
Very friendly, always had a smile and treated you as a person not a number.
My doctor suggested that I should have an MRI and see a knee specialist about my condition.
I waited for over 3 months for my appt and do not feel any more informed about why or what exactly has happened with my knee.
Therefore I feel frustrated that my 3 month wait did not achieve an answer. I have been put on another waiting list to receive an MRI which is what my Doctor initially advised.
Everything was good
My physio [name removed] was excellent. Patient, informative and collaborative. I was very happy with my results.
Reception staff efficient and friendly. Again [name removed] took on board what I was saying and suggested further exercises and advice as to the improvement of my mobility.
