I found the setting very relaxing and the physio (sorry, I can't recall her name) was excellent. She properly listened to me describing my symptoms and showed me the x-ray of my knee, describing where the issue was. This was consistent with the pain I was suffering. She described the options open to me. I was re-assured by this and enabled me to make an informed choice about the best course of action.
The physcio was kind and listened to me reinforced tge exercises
Impressed with level of initial analysis and a suggested course of action with exercise. Hope it works!??
Seen promptly. Kind and considerate therapist. Helpful advice and exercises to do at home.
The Consultant was extremely helpful and supportive of the actions I had taken to manage my condition, and fully explained my prognosis and options. The venue was very convenient and is lovely new facility.
Always find staff very helpful. :)
I was treated very well as soon as I entered the building.
Couldn’t fault the care I was given the physio therapist were very friendly- supportive and encouraging-explaining everything as we went along and why we should be doing things in a certain way.
Excellent service when booking.
