When I call to WBH minor injuries hotline, the medical staff [name removed] is very kind and very patient my describe my sons injury. Although some description is not clear and complete, she help me to make it correctly and repeat and repeat again, very appreciated her help.

I was given 5 class sessions of physiotherapy and was making real improvement but I needed more than 5 sessions and am really disappointed that I didn’t receive more. I also waited 3 months for the sessions to start.

The physios [name removed] and [name removed] were really good but I was disappointed I only got 5 sessions as felt I was making real improvements

It was acceptable, neither good or bad

Waiting nearly two weeks to talk to someone regarding my prescriptions is not good service and is not acceptable but as a patient there is no alternative.

The 5 class sessions of physiotherapy run by [name removed] and [name removed] were good but i do not think 5 sessions were enough

More than 5 class sessions were offered and i was making real improvements but i feel that only 5 sessions were not enough and i still have some way to go with my physiotherapy. I also had to wait a long time for these sessions to commence ie at least 3 months.
