My wife had a bad fall. We arrived at 5.55p.m. and needed an xray and staff who should be clocking off waited whilst she was initially assessed. The xray was undertaken with very little delay. We were passed back to Holly [name removed] Snr Nurse Practioner who was excellent: professional but friendly, reassuring, calm and informative. The NHS comes in for a lot of stick but we found and received excellent service and care. Thank you.
came for blood test, all very efficient and professional. thank you
I would have liked more sessions as I dont believe I have improved.
Physio stated unchanged until i tensed up then the gap has gotten smaller.
[name removed] was great for checking the gaps and ensuring exercises are done correctly.

Excellent
A lot of people outside the treatment room who could probably hear our conversation , very busy with people right outside, not sure why not waiting in the waiting area
Friendly knowledgable welcoming practitioner
