On 9th March my second gym class (at 10.45 for that week only) was led in a more structured way than on the first day I attended. It was helpful to have timed sessions before we swapped to a new exercise. Also, the leader offered helpful individual guidance when needed, explaining why it was necessary.

It would help to follow the 9th March approach each time.
