I was given exercises. They helped. Problem isn't solved. The treatment was explained clearly. Friendly staff.

I was surprised I was discharged without any physical assessment, well not an obvious one. At the staff of the process the physio assessed how much I could move and my strength. At the end I described which exercises. I could do and some of the symptoms were less.
