At the time of my assessment I felt I was listened to and I was happy with the treatment plan. However when I received a copy of the letter sent to my GP it clearly understated the levels of pain I am experiencing and its subsequent impact on my day to day living. I have contacted my GP directly to clarify this. Despite this I remain happy with the treatment plan and hope it is effective.

As already stated, report back to my GP accurately .
