Both the receptionist and the therapist were kind, friendly, patient and professional- even when I arrived almost 10 minutes late for my first appointment.

I can't think of anything. The therapist was so hepful that when I said I may return to my gym sessions she took me into the hospital gym to have a 'go' with her guidance and give me confidence.
