The staff there were courteous and caring.. just what you hope for.

Staff good.. however the admin not: we'd booked our son for 5pm Xray, Nov 3rd. Hospital called before lunchtime asking why we hadnt attended his 9am Xray. Suggested it was not a mix up but my mistake - that I'd misheard [name removed] say "9" as "5", which was just nonsense. As we needed his Xray to cofirm not broken bones, I had to abandon work, and grab him out from school for the afternoon. Not happy with this.
