[name removed] is considerate, he listens to issues and problems and offers useful advice. He is encouraging and helpful …couldn’t ask for more! Also very convenient to be treated locally.

As it was my first visit I arrived expecting to be checked in by a receptionist. There was no one around to ask and no signage to say just sit and wait…as it turned out, [name removed] appeared but it would have been helpful to know that.
