I have had a few appointments over the past few years with IPASS and I can honestly say I left this one feeling the most positive out of them all. [name removed] listened, was informative and didn’t rush me at all. I would personally like to offer my thanks and appreciation to her. I was also extremely surprised to receive my date for my MRI scan the day after my appointment for 3 weeks later. I cannot fault IPASS, [name removed] or the care I received. Please pass on my sincere thanks.
