As soon as I arrived I was treated with a smile and felt that I mattered. All the staff from the receptionist to the physiotherapist made me feel comfortable and that my care was paramount. When seeing my physio, she is always prepared and has contacted my consultant in Reading before my visit. She also remembers my past appointments and can identify where my healing process is working. Excellent service and your staff are to be commended for their excellent work.

It’s a shame that the physio department is so far away from the main entrance as quite a lot of the patients visiting have difficulty in walking.
