I was able to give an account of what happened to me. The therapist listened and then tested my ability before giving advice on what to do next.

Suggested improvements
Two big negatives regarding my experience: 1. I was not aware of what was going to happen during the first consultation, so didn't know what I should wear. I opted for a dress as the therapist needed to examine my knees. However, I was asked to perform several exercises in front of the therapist which involved using my arms for support. The dress was in the way so I ended up having to tuck it into my knickers, which was extremely embarrassing. Maybe suggest in your appointment letters to patients that they should wear shorts or something like that for modesty? 2. My therapist said they would send me, via email, the exercises she showed me so I could do them at home. I assumed they would come straight after my appointment but I received nothing. Nor did I receive anything the next day, nor the next day after that. I phoned the clinic and was told a message would be given to the therapist but I still have not received any exercises, so I'm having to do my own, desperately trying to remember what the therapist said, so I'm probably doing them all wrong!
