Staff so helpful kind yet very professional all have a happy disposition making the lessons so more enjoyable I was delighted with the service the staff and the premises Thank you all

Not thing really but now and rightly so you have gone paperless I at 82 this year struggled a little at home with remembering the exercises I did take the odd photo on the wall but I am a person who likes to see on line or in front of me what exercise I should be doing Last week was my first week so perhaps I Will be better each week absorbing the information at class and get use to it 10/10 for everything in general though Thank you
