I’m so glad that I got the chance to explain myself and I was listened to.

Instead of sending me back for another day I thought it was going to be a straight forward thing for me to get the blood test done in the next room. Nevertheless I understand everything goes by laws and regulations so I will wait for the next appointment for blood test.
