Overall I couldn't have asked for more from [name removed], his knowledge and expertise really got me to where I needed to be. I felt comfortable expressing all of my concerns and each were considered and catered for. Visit frequency was great, and I feel I got discharged at an appropriate time. [name removed] was great to talk to and everything one could hope for in a physiotherapist.

Suggested improvements
Getting referred to MSK was challenging. This sits outside of the service I am reviewing but had I been referred sooner, I feel like I would have made recovery progress much sooner. Before I was referred to West Berkshire Community Hospital, I attended physiotherapy in Newbury (next door to Strawberry medical centre), this was very very poor in comparison. Communication was lacking, and I felt like the physio was just giving me generic exercises from a book, rather than engaging with me in an attempt to address the underlying issue.
