My mother was on Highclere ward for two months. She was treated with respect and dignity. The staff were lovely. The ward’s facilities were great. The OT and physio team were outstanding and kept me informed of my mother’s progress regularly.

I perhaps found the SALT team less consistent as they only visited once a week and was not always the same person so advise was varied. This was probably more of a budget issue.
